  21. You don't -- you assign instruments to MIDI channels. This is done
  22. with the MIDI editor in the early versions, if I recall right. So,
  23. you type a name for an instrument, enter the MIDI editor and set the
  24. channel and, if necessary, the patch number. Also bear in mind that
  25. you need to have MIDI enabled. The button for that is also in the
  26. MIDI editor.
